Please read these Service Terms and Conditions carefully. By choosing Sarah Green Garden Care, you acknowledge that you understand, agree, and are bound by these terms.

Bookings

Once you have confirmed you wish to make a booking with Sarah Green Garden Care, a contract will come into existence between Sarah Green Garden Care and yourself. 

​

On booking you will receive written confirmation of the services/works detailing what is required, the agreed cost of the service/work, proposed start date and any additional information as discussed. 

​

Payment

Full payment is required on completion of the service/work(s) provided unless otherwise agreed. Payment is accepted via bank transfer or cash.

​

Non - Payment

Should no payment be forthcoming after the service/work has been completed, Sarah Green Garden Care reserve the right to seek legal advice and action if the matter cannot be resolved.

​

Weather

If a booking date cannot take place due to adverse weather, Sarah Green Garden Care will advise you at the earliest opportunity and a new date will be rearranged as soon as is practical and convenient for both parties.

Modification of Terms

At our discretion, Sarah Green Garden Care may edit, add, or remove parts of this agreement. If we do make changes to these Service Terms and Conditions, we will make a reasonable effort to provide notice.
