We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but in the event that you have a problem, please read below for our returns and refunds advice.
With all our reclaimed items, there will be general wear and tear and aging - that's what makes all our items so unique.
However, if upon delivery your items arrive damaged in any way, please let us know as soon as you can so that we can work out a mutually agreeable solution. If your item is a "one - off" we would be happy to offer you a replacement item up to the same value of your original purchase. If your item is still in stock, we can simply swap your damaged item with another where possible.
Please note, we only offer refunds in the event that your item has been damaged during delivery. Where possible, we will try to resolve your issue using the methods outlined above in the "Returns" section, however if you would prefer a refund, we would be happy to offer this too - just let us know.
